Vicky Koutsis, Ph.D.

Vicky Koutsis brings more than two decades of experience leading business transformations to her role as Founder of Laurel Leadership. Using leadership development, capacity building, and coaching methodologies, Vicky helps leaders and organizations align goals with action to gain clarity, improve performance and create sustainable change.

Laurel Leadership consulting services include organizational assessment, business process and organizational design, talent and leadership development, culture change and employee engagement program design. As head coach, Vicky facilitates executive strategy mapping sessions, and helps teams develop a framework to properly execute plans and ensure long-term success. She takes a special interest in niche leadership programs designed to help women executives and entrepreneurs achieve their full potential.

Vicky has worked with global leaders spanning industries and companies, including DataStax, Deloitte, Edison, Hewlett-Packard, LAX Airport, NASA, NetApp, Nokia, SRI International, and Visa. She has aided in the development of human capital, implemented employee engagement programs, designed executive leadership programs, and led strategic change initiatives.

Vicky holds a Ph.D. in Industrial/Organizational Psychology from California School of Professional Psychology. She completed the Executive Coaching Training Program at Columbia University Teacher’s College, and has been certified in the Neethling Brain Instrument (NBI™) and the Business Acumen Gauge.
